    Survior 1990 Mustang!!!! Awesome transformation!

Had a client bring his Mustang by about a month ago for a initial inspection and to discuss pricing etc. On the phone he mentioned it was a 1990 7up edition. Which is a Emerald Green paint with white convertible top and white leather. I thought to myself "Oh boy this is going to be trashed!"

When he showed up I couldn`t believe my eyes. It turns out this was a survivor car with 16k original miles that`s been sitting in storage. Although solid and low miles the paint was a swirled mess. The client wanted the car looking like it should. We settled on a full interior detail, exterior correction and IGL Quartz+ 3yr coating. Let`s just say that about 30 min after he left with his freshly detailed Mustang he called me back and booked in his 2017 Mustang gt350 and 04 Mustang Cobra for the same packages!

    On arrival

For interior cleaning I used a mix of steam and a little bit of Mckees 37 total interior cleaner for heavy spots.

    Before and afters

Even steamed the bottoms of the doors etc.

After a through decon and wash it was time for a test spot. Ended up going with M205, BOSS microfiber cutting pad and my g21. Along with m205, 3in Meguiars mf disk and my Adams 12mm mini.

Finish polishing was with m205, BOSS yellow perfecting pad.

This paint was very soft and m205 took care if it awesome!

Cool car and great looking paint. The Boss MF cutting pads are nice, they finish out so well.

nice work on securing two additional details!

Really nice turnaround great work! I have to order some of those microfiber cutting pads, never used them before but man that finish looks really good. You used the M205 for cutting and polishing?
