A past customer of mine emailed me a month or so ago with the intention of picking up a brand new Deep Blue Pearl Nissan GTR. The car had been located at a dealership in DE, and he had negotiated a pretty nice deal on the car. After seeing the car in person he noted that there were some scratches, and the paint was swirled up fairly severely from washes and frequent dusting. Our plan of attack was to be a full correction and Opti Coating to lock in the finish. Also, per usual David Saya of ProShield Inc. would be collaborating with a full front end Venture Shield application. The film was to cover the entire front bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors, A Pillars, 4" wide strip above the windshield, and in front of the rear wheels.

After all plans were ironed out, he scheduled a day to retrieve the car. At my request, he taped up the entire front end with blue painter`s tape, to protect from any rock chips during the trip home.

After the film was installed, and interior taken care of, I applied two coats of Optimum`s Opti Coat to preserve the finish. Here are the finished sun shots!
