Some of you have seen my minty 220,000 mile Acura Legend. Here is my Garage Queen, a 2000 Chevy Tahoe with only 64,000 miles. The funny thing is, it has more rattles than my Legend.

Hey, 64,000 miles is low for me! I use her for going to the dog beach (honda carpet is a pain to clean sand out of) and grocery shopping, getting dog food, etc. Not the typical Garage Queen status, but since she only drives a whole 600 miles a year these days, she is my Garage Queen.

Guess it`s all relative! My garage queens have all under 25K, even the ones from the `80s Even my daily dog-haulers are under 50K, but at least my wife racks up some miles on her Audi.

And I`m actually a fan of high-mile vehicles!

But yeah, stuff like the Tahoe is great for hauling dogs :xyxthumbs That`s what I use the Yukon DXL for when I just can`t stand the mininvan any more (I swear they like that awful thing better).

600 a year huh...that`s about what I put on the `01 S8, which just rolled over 14,500 the other day.

    1) Mind telling me what kinds of cars you have?

    2) minivan? ew.

3)Your wife hit 100k on her A8 a few months ago, right?

4)Tahoes are great for dogs! I`ve fit 5 in there at one time

    5) I can`t remember the last time I had under 25k on any of my cars. My Integra had 180k on it when I sold it, but only 3k of those were mine, I could never drive it because it was in the shop so often. Paid $1,700 for it, dumped 3k into it, and when it died I only got $500 for it. But it sure was pretty when I sold it! And as you know, my Legend is about to hit 121k and still strong!
