Well, I just spent 16 hours on my wife`s car in 2 days. I believe it was time well spent, you be the judge.

The car is a 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP in slate grey metallic. I am very pleased with how it turned out. And the metal flake really pops now. I didn`t seal this one because the garage was not clear and with the rain forecast for the night, 12 hours of no wet was not possible to still allow me time to apply the Fuzion.

    Wash:

    Megs Gold class

    MF mitt

    Clay:

    Megs Smooth car kit

    Megs QD as lube

    2nd wash:

    Megs Gold Class

    MF mitt

    Dried with MFs.

    Correction(PC 7424):

CCS LC 5.5in Orange with SIP

CCS LC 5.5in White with 106FA

    That was day 1.

It rained overnight, so I woke up in the morning for wash #3. Which was same as wash 1 and 2. lol.

    Polish:

CCS LC 5.5in White with WG PPE

    LSP:

    Fuzion

    Now for the pictures:

    Before

    Afters:

This is probably my favorite picture, it really shows the metal flak beautifully:

And for the rest of the afters:

Nice job. The third pic looks like a casualty from a shopping cart. My wife`s car had several of those, but I detailed it a few months ago and ask her to park away from drifting carts, etc...

It is noisy lol. She complains a bit. And you notice none of the new G6`s have that type of sunroof.

Though by the end of this year, she wants a new car. The Pontiac G8 GXP... and she is leaning toward *GULP* black.

It is fixable, but requires to drop the headliner. Once the headliner is out, you can put teflon washers in between the roof skin and sunroof assembly which effectivly pushes the glass against the rubber seals much better.
