    Some of you may have heard my rant in a recent thread about letting the dealer wash your car, see the before pics if you need further reinforcement not to let the dealer wash your car. It`s late in the summer to be doing a full detail but I have been busy and driving my other car. So it was time to clean up the G for the coming New England fall and get her protected. Process was as follows;

    SS&S foam pre-soak

    SS&S wash

    3m perfect it clay app (full)

    SS&S wash w/cascade wash & metro vac n blo dry

    SIP 7.5" CCS orange @ 15-1800 RPM

    PO85RE5 7.5" CCS green @ 1500 RPM

    50/50 wipe down

    JW prime w/carnauba (cure for 24hrs)

    Natty`s Red

    Hood Before;

    Hood During;

    Rear Quarter Panel Before

    Rear Quarter Panel During (sun shot before JW)

    Other Side Rear Quarter Panel Before

    Other side RQP During

    Sil above door before

    After (different but same idea, sun shot)

    Random other befores

    Door Before

    During

    More During

    Sun Shots After

    After with LSP`s

    Trunk

    Sorry for the pic overkill and misorganization in some spots.

    I`m still at work and should be locking up. Thanks for looking.

    Excellent work!

    As one who has done many black G35s, I have to to anyone who removes the swirls and leave a good finish too. Took a bit of trial and error to nail it down the first time I did one.

    glblack & scottwax -thanks guys, I appreciate the compliments, the curves on this car made perfection quite a challenge.

    Natty`s red is great, I have been on a kick lately, JW prime w/carnauba and a pure carnauba topper.
