Previously have been posting more of those dark color cars, recently have been detailing quite a few silver color cars and this is one of them.

This SLK 350 is only a few weeks old and the paint work is in good condition except there are two very small paint chips at the boot area. Since the car is in a good condition, all I need to do is just give it a polishing session with PO85RD + polishing pad + DA @ speed 4.5 and than finish it up with the JW twins, Prime Acrylic and Acrylic Jett, by hand. AJ definitely looks great on silver color car, it gives the car a wet and glossy look which is not so easy to achieve on silver color car.

It could get wetter, but you`d be hard pressed to do it.

I thought so too :p for a simple polishing plus application of the JW twins I think that`s the best can be achieve on a silver color car :grinno: .

Ben - You are very welcome

Scottwax - I did not have a chance to try out the PO106FF/RMG combo yet, most likely this coming Saturday will try it out on a black mica Toyota car.
