looks nice, i wonder if it would look better lowered. Do you think you can lower it if your running welds like that?

Hmm, not trying to criticize, but not sure I understand? I thought maybe you`d have drag radials on there when you went down to a 15" wheel, but you`ve got street tires. What was the reason for eschewing stock 17" wheels for smaller ones? Weight savings? Doesn`t the Camaro have 12" front rotors? I`d think a 15" wheel would be a close fit over that.

Anyway, they have a nice muscle car look, sort of drag-racery. A little odd looking to my eye, though. :wavey

    They ARE drag radials....Nitto 555R`s....

Each front wheel weighs about 25lbs, whereas the SS ones are around 55lbs (weights are with tires obviously), and the rears are around 40 each, once again, compared to the 55lb`ers that were on there (17x9 SS 10-spokes)

I think the front rotors are 11" actually.....I had to grind the rear calipers (common) to get the rear wheels to fit without using a spacer. I used a 5/16" spacer in the front though.

So, where`s the pics of it staging for a drag strip?

I like `em. I still want to see what a set of the 17" Cragar SS mags would look like on a camaro though. Never seen one so far.
