I finally got a chance to getting a detail session on my new Si, but first a bit of info on the car: I sold my old 350hp `91 Galant VR4 daily car (detailed by GSRStilez) and bought this Si back in late February as a leftover 2004 - (the car had 6 miles on it). It was washed a few times @ our whop (www.z1auto.com) but the weather never cooperated for a decent detail. The process/products are as follows:

    NXT wash

    Sonus clay

    NXT wash

    Megs #9 by hand

AIO by hand on body + wheels

    NXT by hand

    EO wheel cleaner

    EO tire dressing

EO never dull on intake pipe/exhaust tips

    NXT glass cleaner

The car had very very light swirls from the dealer wash that I was able to get out by hand without too much trouble. A PC is in my near future I have no "befores" as the car was pretty clean from a wash last week but the car came out pretty well. This was the first AIO experience for me and I was really pleased...it goes on and off SO easily with a microfiber applicator and left some nice slickness. NXT seems to highlight flake IMHO so I thought it`d be a nice LSP.

Here are some pics...excuse some of the jagged edges, I`ll never use this camera`s enhanced sharpness again (Olympus D-550 3.2MP).

Overall of the car, bodykit, rims and drop

    Flake

    Decent reflection for silver...

    Mmmmmm, titanium

    Mods are as follows:

-HFP body kit (Honda Factory Performance)

    -HFP grey-metallic 17x7 rims

-HFP shocks/springs (1 inch drop + more aggressive valving/spring rates, rumored to be UK Type R suspension).

    -DC sports Titanium strut brace

    -Injen intake

You guys don`t like the funky camera angles?

These are a little more plain Jane...(these are pre-NXT)

The body kit is actually identical `cept for the front lip section. That is unique to the US. The side skirts, rear skirt and rear spoiler are identical to the UK and JDM Civic Type R.

This car was assembled and designed by Honda UK (the Type R`s as well). It`s pretty refined compared to other civics...check out those tiny body gaps

17x7 Honda Factory Performance...part of the entire HFP package on the car. I`ll get a shot of the rims in a bit - I love the subtle color contrast between the silver body and the grey wheels.

    Jon, the car looks great!

How could you go from 350hp to under 200? :p

Regardless, I bet the car is a blast and I`m sure it has big plans!
