Yes, I have cleaned the leather several times, once with soapy water, another time with Lexol cleaner and a terry towel, I have also tried Woolite mix. I wonder if I need to agitate it a little with a brush. Or it just might be the way it is worn. The back seats are not as bad.

Yeah, I got brave and did them myself. It wasn`t too bad of a job...just time consuming taking all the seats apart and then putting them back together. With some patience and a helping hand you should do alright. You can order whatever style and color you want at www.autoleathers.com. Check out the write-up I did on the install... Katzkin Install

great write-up! But now I`m curious.... you mention a "sample ring" as opposed to the sample booklet. I`ve currently got the booklet, but see no mention anywhere of the sample ring. Where do I order that?

I`ve got a basic idea what I want, but I need to be absolutely sure if I`m spending $700+ on this project.

Just call them up and ask for a sample ring, they`ll send you one free of charge.

just the 800 number from the website? That`s awesome. I figured you had to be a distributor to get those materials; but I`ll have to call them tomorrow and get one sent out. Thanks! :xyxthumbs

That is a nice leather kit! I also installed my own leather in my 4Runner and it was a relatively easy install. I think the worst part was getting the hog rings on.

Thanks! My dad bought it new in 1991 and I have always loved the car so I would wash it and detail it for him all the time. Since I sold my car last year when I started college he said he would let me have it. He gave me the car a couple months ago so I aim to keep it in great condition and really detail it when the weather gets nice.

Well here`s my interior. Atleast a Toyota. (Edit: What the hell was I thinking when I`m typing? This is a Sienna XLE Limited)

BTW, how come you guys have big pics while my computer limits me to 400 by 300 pixels?
