    Hi All,

Here are some before and after pics of a detail I completed last week. This is what I did:

    Dawn wash each panel

    Clayed using Mother`s Clay Bar

    3M SMR w/PC, orange pad, setting #4

GEPC w/PC, white pad, setting #4

    Mother`s Sealer & Glaze, w/PC, white pad, setting #4

    Meguairs` Tech Wax by hand

and topped off with IBIZ Car Wax (carnuba based)

I removed each product using a microfiber towel. In the first set of pics, I tried to capture as best I could the swirl marks.

    Awesome sunny shots

Car looks good to me :up .

How do you like Ibiz? I used to use that stuff back in the day...Forget how it was.

Here are the pics after I finished detailing:

As you can see, I still have some swirl marks. I think I got most, but when I first got the car, I wasn`t as careful as I should have been (pre-Autopian days). Some of the marks are too deep even for a rotary (which I do not own). I haven`t tried wet sanding because this is my daily driver and is outside 24/7.

    GSRstilez,

The Ibiz products I have aren`t too bad. I have their car wax, waterless car wash, tire dressing, and interior dressing called Sheen. Their wax and waterless car wash go on easy but do take a little effort to remove, certainly not as easy as P21S. I would say the protection is on par with P21S. I got these items while attending one of the car shows at Carlisle, PA a couple of years ago. Since I have it, I might as well use them.

the picture of the c-pillar is awesome! and great job. :xyxthumbs

and i`m jealous of your bullit`s brake calipers. the bullits get the red ones with the pony, the cobra ones say cobra, yet the mach1 gets the ugly, plain grey ones. :nixweiss
