    Nice 306

    Man are those tires glossy

Just a quick question, why top carnuaba moose with P21S? Carnuaba moose IMO leaves alot wetter look than P21S and durability wise its been shown to go further. Just curious as it seems that last step may have cancelled out that moose twins look.

I have found the P21s to add depth to the moose twins. I arrived at the show and Q`d. I had waxed the previous afternoon and thought I may as well chuck on a coat while i chatted away. Maybe another coat of CMW would have done the same and added more wetness, i cant decide which i like more my new found friend the CMW or the old fave P21s!

I hear you man, so many choices one cant help it.

However I think I would choose one of the two and stick with it. When you try to pull a duality look it shows. I looked at your car and knew it was a carnauba shine but it had no personality. Youll be happier with two coats of one or the other IMO. Just gotta choose which. For me, wetter is better so carnauba moose would get the nod. My car having a dark color depth is kind of "built in." On a lighter car like yours I would go VM then right on to P21S, should be pretty wet and have great depth too. :xyxthumbs

Your car looks absolutely class! I use the AG stuff on my tyres and they never come up that glossy!

Hope to see it at some shows this year!

Hmm, what are the specs on that there car?

Really good job. Tires look a bit to oily IMO.

I`m really concerned about the guy in the background: just what is he doing exactly? You`re in UK--they don`t ride western there! ARGH.

    Dog, what do you drive?

The car is a front wheel drive twin cam 2.0 16V. It was running 142 bhp last time it was rolling roaded, its more of a cruiser than a hot hatch.

Nice ride. Why don`t they import Peugeots to the US? See the cars often on the WRC series kicking butt.

One question: What does the Resin Polish do for the look? I have Resin Polish but don`t really know how to use it, except as a all in one polish.

Very nice work Rich... lovely wet shine to that Provence Blue paintwork! Your arm must be aching after doing 5 stages? Or do you use a PC?

The gold calipers look good against the silver alloy - wouldn`t of thought to use gold if that was me.

I used the resin to give it a mild polish.

Craig all by hand, im used to it now after all these years, did the 205 straight after to!!!!!

The calipers are gold from the factory, hammerrite smooth matches quite well. Some models such as my 205 came with silver calipers. I Thought the 307 came with Gold ones?

No Rich, my 307 has silver calipers... well it did until I started using Megs Hot Rims! Now use Sonax R2000, much safer IMO. Gotta repaint them when I have time.

Oh right ! I tend to just use car shampoo on mine, if there really dirty i use AG engine and machine cleaner.

Have you painted them att all yet?... if not hammerrite smooth silver works a treat.

No, not yet... I`m gonna try and do them in the summer. Will Hammerrite be very durable? My Pug is a daily driver, doing about 15000 miles a year.

I have been using it for many years, i have never had trouble on any of my daily drive cars. Plan to do the 205`s calipers when time allows.
