Finally! The weather has warmed up in Indiana, although it`s done nothing but rain for the past 7 days, and there`s no end in sight. But, it did warm up and stay rain free for the majority of the day today. Long enough for me to wash the car, and try out Meguiars NXT.

Basically, I just wanted to try it out to see what all the hype is about so...I washed the car, then used SEPC, VM, then NXT on the front passenger side fender to see what the results were.

Here is a pic of the car itself:

Now for the fender. It`s dark out and I`m in a garage with horrible lighting, so excuse the fact that there is not a full fender shot...but here`s a few shots of the reflection I`m getting from the combo mentioned above.

    No swirls, scratches, etc...

Not bad for a car going on ten years old.:xyxthumbs

Great reflections, especially on that color. Great finish too, really low orange peel!

The color is great for keeping that clean appearance, simply because it rarely looks dirty regardless of how long it`s been in between washes. But, much like white it`s tough to get a nice, deep reflection out of it.

    Thanks for the comments guys!

Funny thing about your comment is, I take my car to get the oil changed at the dealership around here and everytime they are getting the information they just write down 1999 Aurora on the info sheet before asking what year it is.

Weather was pretty nice again today, so I decided to do a little bit of work on the car.

QD, Stoners Trim Shine, Stoners Tire Shine, Stoners IG on exterior windows, Plexus on interior tinted windows.

A few more pics. Remember, NOTHING is done to the car at this point, other than what I`ve mentioned. I still need to get busy on the rest of the car.
