well i did a quick detail of a friend`s mini tonight, here are the results.

(had my tripod handy to do some night shots

I wish i had before pics. it was NASTY.

    the process:

Washed with meguiars, applied AIO, buffed off with a borrowed craftsman orbital buffer (short on time or we would have done it by hand) applied SG, removed with orbital again... we also used aio and sg on the windows and wheels, 303 aerospace protectant on the black plastic bits & tyres.

still some junk in the paint, but there wasn`t any time to get crazy. its protected for winter now, which was our goal.

    Rock on!

If I didn`t have my CRX, that is the car I would dream about.

The fuzzy dice are a nice touch, especially with the white package.

    Nice job!
    Yes, it floats my boat.

    Great Job - sweet ride!

Very nice lighting in the pix!

Think about a quick carnauba topper now, and every 4 weeks...

Wife almost got one a few months ago, she opted for a more "subtle" VW GTI VR6, but she still watches the Minis go by!

    Enjoy!

thanks for the comments. those white wheels look like crap already, i`m fairly certain.

pictures were takine with a Canon G3 with a tripod. Exposures were about 1.3 sec. wide open aperature, and used existing light in a strip mall parking lot. no retouching, just resizing.
