He is really happy with the van so far. He has a growing computer business of his own, plus he is a systems analyst for a law firm, so he always has computers to haul around. His Mazda 626 was too small, and his Expidition gets horrible mileage and his wife needs it to tow a small horse trailer anyway.

I thought about buying his 1999 Mazda 626 (auto/V6), but it already has 76,000 miles on it and I`d have it over 100,000 in a year, and I really don`t want a black car. Besides, what I really want is a 5 speed Maxima! :xyxthumbs

Here are a few more pics of Scott doing the detailing.. the man is a machine when it comes to detailing.. the heat he can generate on a towel when doing DACP is incredible.. but now the truck looks great.. he didnt post or take pics of the interior since I had him do the carpets, but they are fluffy and my OCAR friend thought they looked brand new and the rubber mats I have looked better than new.. props to Scott

    VG,

hated to see it go, since it a terror on the streets of Houston in its day, but it had 82k miles on it and its back in SW Houston now.. a fellow that is a personal trainer bought it.. traded in his Grand Prix for it... I hope its doing well for him... it was a great ride.. cruising down Westheimer with the top down, listening to the stereo.. stopping in a Pappadeuxs for dinner... oh well...

    Dana

I miss it but not too much anymore.. the Lightning is much faster.. he he:shocked

What other products are you referring to? Surface prep? Carnubas? Polymers?

Since Final Polish is a polymer, other sealant/polymers I have tried and like are Winner`s Choice Finishing Creme (non abrasive) and a polymer sealant that is yet unnamed that I tested for a Autopia member which has very light abrasives (according to the person I got the sample from, similar to AOI), and shows tremendous potential since it leaves a wet, carnuba like finish. I do not know what the product will be called and I think it will be a few months until it is released.

Evan-Carnbua Moose is available, my local distributer has had it in for a few weeks now. I am not sure why it isn`t on the website yet, other than Mr. Glass said there have been some issues with the pictures of the product that have rendered them useless for posting on the website. I am sure if you dropped them an e-mail, they will get in touch with you on how to order it.

    Scott,

I was browsing Car Polish`s web site thinking about getting a bottle of the Final Polish and was looking at there Ultra Advanced Hand Glaze, Vitreo Long Lasting Final Polish and other products. Was just interested if you have used these or any of there other products.

    THanks again

    Al,

I`ve thought about trying the Vitreo Final Polish, but I`m not sure what the exact difference is between that and the regular Final Polish. You might want to PM NYDetailer since he has been using Car Polishes products for quite a while (he is the one who sent me the FP in exchange for some Vanilla Moose and Quikshine).
