There`s just something about a partly cloudy day that brings the best out of a BLACK car!

Black looks so good when it`s clean but it`ll only stay like that for a few hrs.

I agree with the partly cloudy thing. Very nice pictures.

One thing i really liked about zaino was that my car still glowed and looked freshly detailed about 4 carlengths away when it was dirty and in need of a wash.

Nick T. and some of the other gurus around here told me to top off my Zaino with a carnauba wax. I have a Daytona Blue 350Z with about 25 or 30 coats of Zaino on it; last Sunday, I put a coat of Zymol wax on it and the difference was quite noticeable.

The carnauba gives a depth to the shine that is just not there with just Zaino. It is unbelievable!:xyxthumbs

I would sure try it on any dark color. If you want to add more Zaino, just wash with Dawn and start layering.

    Thanks, Nick!

Michael - - It’s great that topping your Zaino worked out to your satisfaction! :xyxthumbs

Thanks for the compliment, but I’m not a guru - just an experimenter.

For further experimentation I’d suggest that you stop by a Harley Davidson dealer and pick up a container of S100 paste carnauba. It’s a little harder than the Zymöl waxes that I’ve tried (Z3 & Carbon), and IMO looks a little better on top of Zaino.

    Good luck and have fun!

Luster, Looks AWESOME! I tried some 3M paste wax on my Zaino`d GP and it really added some depth. Going to try S100 one of these days.
