Looks really good. I appreciate the wheel well and suspension pictures.

Hopefully this means your back is feeling better?

    Justins00ss:
    1) What did you use as a cleaner/degreaser and then the protectant on the wheel wells plastic liner and engine compartment plastic and rubber?
    2) What kind of carriage scissor lift do you have? I assume you leave such low-sitting vehicles elevated on the lift to do correction buffing of the exterior side panels/doors/fenders/front and rear fascias. I would think it makes it ALOT easier ergonomically on the body, especially you newly "repaired" back.
    3) Are the chrome wheels in this `Vette clear coated or true plated chrome?
    4) The leather did not look dirty, but was more "weathered" and "aged"- looking. How do you clean REALLY dirty leather? (Just curious)

Nice work on this low-mileage silver-grey `Vette! It is difficult to get silver-grey to pop and look good. Not a fan at all of that color EXCEPT on a Mercedes-Benz. Somehow that color looks dignified and majestic on a M-B, regardless of the model! (Like me with my grey-white hair. Keep think` that, Captain Obvious.....LOL)

    1. Just used LA totally awesome on the wheel wells. Then IGL Eclipse high temperature industrial coating was sprayed. The engine just got a quick wipe down then all the stainless bits were coated with IGL Eclipse.

    2. I use a Quickjack 7000slx.

    3. Wheels are true chrome.

    4. Typically I use Mckees 37 70/30 leather shampoo. If needed steam as well.

No real cons. Easily breaks down for storage if needed and this one is rated for 7000lbs. Best 1500 spent.
