    New Tesla unmolested by dealership!

This client insisted the dealer not touch this vehicle prior to delivery. They made him sign a waiver for the paint and when he picked it up the battery was dead! I really don’t understand the Tesla attitude? Spot correction on a few factory sand marks with Griot’s fast cut cream on the 6 inch machine with the 3 inch backing plate using 3 inch boss microfiber pad, refined with perfecting cream on a perfecting pad using the 15. Final polish with Modesta primer on a black finishing pad. Coated paint with Bc04, trim, glass and wheels with polish angel. Thanks!

What was your thoughts on the fit and finish ? I was almost going to pull the trigger on the same one, but evse was just not for me..

Was eyeballing one tonight while waiting for the wifey running errands. Either the door was not locked, the trim on the front was not aligned with the rear and was about 1/4" off. Good timing on ur post I suppose

I have not been impressed on any of them I’ve done, trim not lined up, weatherstrip not attached, and just a lot of things I wouldn’t expect on a car that costs as much. I think Hyundai has better quality than Tesla! But if you read the Tesla forums, everybody has the same issues?

LOL. I did not partake in the Tesla forums, other than just confirm how many amps the HWPC would do..
Literally, I was scratching my head in awe as I watched one at the stoplight today. Could not figure out if the door was just not closed and aligned and was the trim literally that far off alignment..

Can you even imagine the frustration of going to pick up your ridiculously expensive electric car and the battery is dead? I would be LIVID! Nice work getting it sorted.
