    Lotta Real Estate

Over the past 4 days in my spare time I detailed my dads 03 suburban z71 with around 160k miles. This car has never been detailed and hasn`t received a wax in 6 years. This beast has sat outside the garage since 2008. This car used to be my dads pride and joy when he bought it new but life got in the way and he stopped taking car of it. Keep in mind this is my 3rd detail I have ever done and I am learning as I go. I shot for a 70-80% correction and feel I have accomplished this. Didn`t need perfect as the vehicle has rust spots on various areas and will continue to sit outside.

    products used
GG 6in with 5in backing plate
    m105
    m205
LC flat foam 5.5in pads (white and orange)
    carpro PERL
    optimum gloss coat

sorry for poor quality pics. Lost my camera so I had to use my iphone4... Still need to do the tail lights. thanks for looking

It looks like you did a nice job and using less than the latest technology -- just a GG, M105/M205 and some flat foam pads. It is not like the Rupes. microfiber pads, made the prior stuff unusable.

Took probably about 24 hours total to do. Felt like the panels just kept going and polishing would never be finished!
