Before I begin let me say that this is not complete correction (just a basic 1 stepper), but I had to post it because the before pictures are just so, well, you`ll see...

I had a customer call me to see if I was able to take care of some buffer trails in the paint of his A4. I asked him to stop by so I could take a look at it and come up with a game plan. The story goes that the customers father had purchased a rotary polisher and an old pad from a flea market and proceeded to "detail" his sons car which, needless to say, left the paint less than perfect.

After doing some test panels and discussing the options the customer decided to go with a basic wash, clay, 1 step, and seal...I pushed for a 2 stepper but it was not in the budget. After messing around with a couple combos I ended up using UNO on an orange pad with a 6" GG at speed 4.5 - 5. It was sealed with Poxy. Klasse AIO was used on trim. Considering how hammered the paint was it came out OK for a 1 step on Audi clear.

    Before Pictures...

    After pictures...

Nice save. Always tricky fixing something the client has messed up.

Nice save. Next up some lowering springs. That thing looks like the Outback edition A4! Perhaps you should have inquired as to what brand the rotary was. A makita in trade for another polishing step would have been a win-win, free step for customer, one more rotary out of the hands out a butcher.

That would have been a good idea. He had his way with an MR2 as well so when he brings that one in maybe I will pitch that to him.
