Thanks for taking the time to post this - especially the videos. I will admit I have made the mistake of not taping up everything properly before buffing with the rotary, and have caught an edge (I`m not too proud to admit it - LOL).

Your not the first David and not the last. The amount of taping is so dependent on the car and the type of detailing you are doing. Something like a Ferrari 360 doesn`t require a lot of taping because it is so rounded as has pretty thick paint.
