    The paint was in decent condition but was very soft and swirled very easily. After 8 hours of work the paint turned out flawless! I love these black P-cars!



    Process:

    Optimum Compound Orange 1500 RPM

    Optimum Polish White 1200 RPM

    BTW, was that closeup pic (#2) of the paint showing radial cracks in the clear in the upper portion of the pic ?....not the swirlie swirls.

    It looks like just a splatter of some sort to me..

    Thanks guys! I believe that it was the heat from my hand on the paint that made the weird effect in the cold weather. If you look closely you can see my finger marks.
