This was my first time big detail. I got MOST of the swirl marks out. I could have done a lot better, but I didn`t know what I was doing to much. Anyways. There is a little dust/fabric particles because of the new DF Alpin Microfibers that I use (awesome MicroFibers if you are in the market for some)

    Steps:

    1. Dawn Wash

    2. Z-6 wipe down b/c I had to drive to a carwash ( I live in the Dorms at Texas Tech University)

    3. Z-18 ClayBar

    4.Z-7 Car Wash

    5. Z-6 Wipe Down

    6. Z-PC with Orange UDM Pad on a Ultimate Detailing Machine (wish I would have did a run with a white pad also, but that can wait until the swirls come back)

    7. Z-6 Wipe Down

    8. Z-5 Polish with ZFX

    9. Z-6 Wipe Down

    10. Z-5 Polish with ZFX

    11. Z-6 Wipe Down

    12. Z-2 with ZFX

    13. Z-6 Wipe Down

    14. Cold Shower

When do ya`ll think I should do the Z-PC again? I know that I`m not going to use it like every weekend, but how about in August (before I come back to school) Aprox August 10th? or is that to soon?

PICS. Also I took the Front License Plate off.

(Below)This there is a little dust on this, and a spot I missed when doing the Z-6 Wipedown...Oh and the Dealer installed "nicks"

(Below)Missed another spot when wiping down...

(Below)Again new MF`s so a little dusty, and if you`ve been to Lubbock, TX you know how dusty it is.

    10hrs

    Thanks!

    Cool pics!
Converted over to ONR & now Lowes grout sponge. Protected by 3M clear bra, and one layer of Zaino is all you need!

    Great major!

I`m at Rice finishing up my masters in material engineering.

Bah, I sure didn`t have anything like a gto for the past 5 years... :sadpace: Good luck, the last 2 years of my bachelors were hell. Try to make friends with the professors. Can`t kiss too much butt I always say.

Looks great and a beautiful car but your description of the numerous steps tired me out.
