This is my uncle`s 03 Silverado with 64,000 miles. He`s never waxed it, rarely washed it, and beats the crap out of it. I refinished the step bars because they were all rotted out.

    BEFORE:

    AFTER (INTERIOR)

HALF AND HALF...the left side has been buffed with some Meg`s paint cleaner followed by Zymol Wax ...

    ALL FINISHED!

(after final coat of Nu Finish and a QD Wipedown)

(Trim hit with Back to Black)

    Enjoy!

Nice turnaround, I know a few people with Silverado`s in that shape or worse.

What did you use on the interior?

I used some dollar store citrus cleaner and warm soapy water. Mr.Clean eraser on the steering wheel, grab handles etc. Then used some natural finish armor all...i think thats what they call it. I shampooed everything with my Bissel upright....mixed with oxi magic and some hot water. I know they are trucks and they are made to get ripped apart but damn, some trucks I do are too nice to take out on the trails!

Not bad, but paint cleaner > zymol > nufinish is silly.

Nufinish will strip off the zymol, and I highly suggest that you buy some clay, as well as a PC or UDM, a lot of QD, and abut 50 microfibers.

It will? wow I honestly didn`t know that...I have an orbital buffer and I do use clay on occasion. I also have more microfibers and QD to last me a lifetime...i love the QD stuff. Cuts a lot of time off the job. But yeah , i guess i should stop wasting time using Zymol and Nufinish together OOPS!?
