I didn`t get as many after shots as I had hoped, I should be able to grab some pics tomorrow of it...by far the worst condition paint I`ve dealt with, my little pc with OC and an orange pad could only make a dent on the dull/oxidized paint...I`ve been thinking about getting a yellow pad and maybe some compound with more cut..

Some acid that ate into the paint..

    Hazing and a huge scratch

    More haze

A little more of the acid

    First panel compounded..

    After polishing

Ah, I love single stage paint!

Getting ready to move onto this panel

Some more pics of the swirls and scratch

    Oxidized roof

    Compounded the hood

    No more oxidization

    Full truck shot

Another shot, lighting behind me is working against me

Definitely a noticeable improvement. Truck looks wet in the afters :goodjob

Might want to try out some Hyper Compound and a yellow pad and you shouldn`t have a problem with the rest of the defects.

Here are some more pics of how I got it from different angles to compare..

Yeah, I`ve def been thinking of the yellow pad/ohc but a lot of people are saying its really aggressive but then again there were some scracthes and a hologram on this truck that I could not touch.

Definetly an improvement! Great job on it, the black surely comes out after oxidation removal. I wouldnt be too scared to use a PC, yellow pad, and compound. Try it and you will be surprised at what you can get out of it.
