For those of you into offroading and desert racing, I detailed a silverado with a mezzula long travel front end...coilover, bypass, bumps...looked to be about 4-5" over per side...I really like the wheels too...anyway here are the pics

    process was:

compound with excel yellow pad, OHC (didnt work so well) hood and roof

compound with excel yellow, menzerna PG (worked much better, but dusted quickly) hood and roof

rest of the truck got OC and orange

then M80 and megs yellow pad - I forgot why I stopped using meguiars 80....scratched when i wiped it up with different towels, megs yellow MF one was the worst, had to repolish areas

    sealed with M21 (favorite sealant)

nevermind the paint smudge....I would have wetsanded it and brought out the rotary, but with it being a desert truck, and the owner not being there, I chose not to...it was repainted to match the fiberglass fenders I think....the truck is an 06, too new to remove so much clear through wetsanding

To those wondering, those wheels are teflon coated.. Very nice work on a very nice truck. I like that Tacoma and the blue Ranger also.

    Awesome work!

I`ve never seen a frontend like that on a stock street legal truck. If word of that conversion got out up here in my mountains.....everyone would have it!

How much is to do that front end?

Once again, just a clean deep finish. So all you use is the rotary?

actually no rotary at all....thanks though....lol

the front end on that truck is upwards of 8000 with the shocks, fiberglass, paint, and suspension....new spindle, upper and lower control arms, brake lines, shock hoops (not stock obviously)....
