Despite writing it on the service sheet in BIG RED LETTERS they washed my car. They did as much damage in one wash as I have in a year of washing it myself. It looks like they took sandpaper to it.

The whole car was marred.

I am so happy with the results. With the exception of the stone chips the paint is now in better condition than it was when I took delivery over a year ago. I would highly recommend that anyone with a car of a similar age or in a similar condition invest their next Ã¢â‚¬Å“modÃ¢â‚¬ money in having this process done on their car. ItÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s the best Ã¢â‚¬Å“modÃ¢â‚¬ I could have purchased.
