`93 black RX-7. The car was pretty swirled and has some hazing/holograming from previous efforts. The paint was also about the softest I`ve ever experienced. My pakshak mf`s were marring it wiping off polish residue. :doh

ONR, Clay, OHC @ 1500, OC/orange, FPII/grey, Souveran. It was night by the time I was done...

`70 Dodge Challenger. The car was repainted about 6 months ago, I thought it`d be cake but alas; it`s been sitting in a garage with a sandblaster, so it had silicate *all over it*, thick, it felt like 800 grit sandpaper... I went though a 1000g bar of clay over ~2.5-3 hours of claying. I then polished with IP/orange @ 1400, 106FF/grey @1200, topped with Clearkote carnauba.

    First before is after clay.

Another G35, this time a black coupe. As you can see it was heavily swirled - tons of horizontal marring from brush washes. ONR, Clay, Menz PG/RMG @1500, Menz FPII/white @1300, 106ff/grey via PC. Topped with RMG/nattys blue.

    Your work is drop-dead!

Love all of it, particularly the pillars. Do you tape them off? Use a small pad?

Really awesome work. I am a total noob, I know but what is RMG? All these damn acronyms I am going insane trying to learn them all. Slowly but surely!

Just AMAZING! Must be fun to work on all those nice cars and see such a beautiful progression. :2thumbs:

What kinda light setup do you have? It looked like you had 3-4+ halogens and an interesting stand.
