A friend asked me just to clean up his 2005 Pontiac GTO for him and put a coat of wax on it, he didn`t want me to go nuts as its his everyday car (I tried as hard as I could to get him to go all out cleaning it as it is a beautiful car. but he didn`t care too much)

Anyway, I did a quick detail of the car.

First a wash with dawn to get it clean

3M Imperial Hand Glaze with PC and White pad on speed 4

Formula 113 Wax applied by hand (He Insisted on this stuff...I`m not a fan of it)

But the car did come out good, I got a picture of it and thaught I`d share. Not to shabby for a 1.5 hour job, no?

    Nice.

Formula 113 leaves a nice finish but it isn`t very durable. If your friend is happy, that is what matters though.

Probably better off that he doesn`t wash it if you know he`s not going to do it correctly.

Car looks very good. I really like that blue.

Someone should take that car away and replace it with a Camry (suits him more.)

    Oh well. Nice work.

Nice, but it`d be really nice if the picture wasn`t so big. It`s twice a swide as my screen set on 1024 x 768 (laptop).

Haha, normally my hosting site resizes them for me to under a certain size (1kb I think), but because I edited his plate out...I supposed it reduced the actual megabite size of the photo (if that makes any sense) so it didn`t resize for me...sorry guys.

I appreciate the compliments on the car though, I think it came out decent. Basically I figured the IHG would fill any micro scratches to make it look somewhat decent and maybe add a little depth, the 113 though just wasn`t anything impressive for me...I didn`t like it.
