Hey guys, well here was my process for this car

    -Wash with NXT soap

    -Clay with Pinnacle Poly clay

    -Washed again

-Optimum Compound on PC set at 4500 with a yellow cutting pad

-Optimum Polish on PC set at 5000 with an orange pad (some places I went straight to white)

-2 Coats Poorboys EX with caranuba

leather conditioned with meguiars, quick detail for the interior, along with some simple green watered down for the tough spots on the door panels, carpet scrubbed/vacuumed, glass windexed, I did my first engine detail, spritzed some simple green on the engine, let it run, then wiped it down with some water/interior trim shine to blacken things up a lil, it turned out a lot better than before but I do not have a before picture, overall the car turned out pretty good, I`m happy with my results

The whole car had swirls/water spots just like this, after I was through with it most marring was gone

Sometimes there`s little marring for a GF`s car because they never attempt to wash it.

    So...

GF never washing car vs. GF giving a marring wash?
