    Hello all!!

I know he is sick of hearing it but I have to once again thank fellow Autopian GTScott for this referral. In this business nothing is more valuable than word of mouth referrals in particular ones of this caliber. So...THANK YOU again Scott!!! :up

This piece of Italian hotness was brought in to a local high end body shop that I have done some work for...not for paint work...but for detailing. The car had some very light rotary holograming on all of the horizontal surfaces. The owner of the shop called me and said that when he saw the car he instantly thought of me and gave a call. Considering that he has an entire detail staff at his disposal I was utterly flattered.

The car was near new with 2,200 on the odo and optioned with the Sport GT package. Aside from the holograming it had some very light marring. The body shop`s detail crew cleaned the interior and I polished the paint. Below is a description of products and process used.

    Enjoy,

    Mike

Wash with Meg`s Gold Class shampoo

Polish with ClearKote`s VM using a LC white pad and my PC set at 5-6.

Glaze with Clearkote`s RMG using a LC black pad and my PC set at 5-6.

Seal with ClearKote`s CMW using a Meg`s 9006 pad and my PC set at 5.

The color is called Nero Carbonio and is a beautiful metallic black loaded with flake.

Awesome work, Mike. Looks like you got all the holograms and left the paint deep and wet.

Mike, Excellent work as always. When the BEST detailer in Atlanta gets the best jobs, the rest of us just sit back and at your results.

I am going to have a talk with Scott, the best he can get me is a tagteam with him on a black dodge truck.

I found putting the RMG on @ Speed 5 on a PC (with the finishing pad) to be WAY to fast. I used Speed 3.

Any reason you used Speed 5. I just found it to be more friendly at Speed 3...Just curious as to why you used Speed 5?

The car looks AWESOME by. I just used RMG for the first time the other day and LOVED it. I found it REALLY brought out the metallic flake in my black paint as well....I know for sure that the pictures aren`t even doing it justice!
