I just bought this car last friday night, and the first thing that it needed was to meet the Porter Cable. Sorry no before pictures but it had lots of swirls and some small scratches as the paint job is around 10 years old.

    Here was my process

    wash

    clay bar

50/50 mix OP & OC by PC with cutting pad

OP by PC with polishing pad

PB PwC Blue by PC with finishing pad

RMG by PC with finishing pad

2 coats Natty Blue by hand

    Pauls,

Amazing! Looks way better than the one I caught rides in back in 1971. Nice job of preserving a classic sports car.

Boy, I haven`t seen one of them in ages...brings back memories of seeing MGB`s, Spitfires, TR-7`s, X1/9`s, and Stags driving around. Oops, and Fiat 124 Spyders!

Beautiful car! 100 years from now, that will still be a great looking car.

The paint looks superb, really deep and dark.

Beautiful car! I always wanted a TR-6, had a Fiat Spyder way back but they suffered from a weak chassis. The TR-6 has a look like no other. I`ve always liked the proportion of wheels/tires to the rest of the car.
