Well now, I worked on a S2000 today, and when it showed up, I was like "whoa, thats faded". I`ll post the process at the end.

    Befores:

Faded Paint, Especially the clear bra:

    Swirls aren`t showing up.

Maybe its faded because the whole car was covered in this.

Engine bay was pretty greasy surprisingly:

    Afters:

    Interior Looking Better Than New:

Engine Bay Looks Not Too Shabby Either.

(Flash was on to show there is no grease left.)

    Well now the good part.

    Some Reflection:

    Metallic POP!!!!!

    And the best picture IMO:

    Process:

    Exterior:

It was a mess, so I washed and clayed. Took off about half the tar. I Took some varsol to it because it was pretty crazy.

SSR 2.5 via cutting pad (2x because it wasn`t removing them all that great)

    SSR 2 via polishing pad

    Sonus SFX2

All Pictures had no topper on them.

    Afterwards topped Awsome Gloss

Engine bay was soaked with 777 APC

    Dressed with Dress It Right

Interior was in decent shape, so I just did the normal.

Thanks everyone, please leave a comment.

Fantastic work!!!! You really hit that tar where it needed it.

Big question tho, did you drive it?

Yup, that 8000 RPM redline is insane. The owner came to pick it up, and was like "ok, your tip is going to be, `drive the sh... out of the car". I was like "YES!" Handles pretty crazy too.

Looks terrific, Steve! I bet that tar was a nightmare.

The metallic shots really look cool, I didn`t even realize it had metallic paint until I saw those two pics.

A guy at my work has the same car. I have to say, that yellow with the flake is one of my favorites. Great job Steve, it came out amazing as usual! Love the flake pop shots.

Can you document in more detail what your engine process was? I really want to do engines but am just to scared and dont want the responsibility if something happens

GREAT WORK!!!!!! When you used Dress it right on the engine, did you cut it with water or use it straight? I usually cut it but have had problems with it in cold weather. Have you used it straight on tires at all? I still have 2 gallons left. I usually reserve it for wheel wells but again, it was cold when I used it.
