Yesterday I got the opportunity to detail a GTO. What an amazing car... He dropped the car off at 8:00 in the morning and after an hour of talking about the car, I finally got a start to it. Handed the key back to him around 3:30-4:00.

Then we went for a ride.... I still can`t get the smirk off my face evertime I think about it.... all I can say is WOW. Now I KNOW what 400 horses and 400 lb torque really feels like.

Process: Wash, Clay, 3M Fine Compound (X2 in some spots), Menzerna Intensive Polish, Menzerna Final Polish, Menzerna FMJ.

Wheels and Tires: Klasse AIO, Armor All Tire Shine.

Sorry I don`t have any before pictures, but I think the after ones will surely speak for themselves... Now I just need to figure out how to take larger pictures...

    And one last one...

    Comments and Suggestions welcomed...

    NIce work...

    FMJ can be addicting huh!

I love FMJ on Red. The wheels are a nice choice. Funny how you see wheels that you would never think would look good on a car, but somehow do when you see them on a car. I like those wheels, maybe just on that car.

The wheels are a nice plain 5 spoke wheel. It sets the car off nicely. Too bad they are only 18X8. The car would have looked meaner if it had 18X9 in the rear... :dance

I have to agree that the wheels look nice on the car. GTO wheels IMO can be a hit or miss (with quite a few missing the mark).

BTW nice looking detail to a great car!
