Ok so I wash my car on friday and notice this large scuff, I know I never hit anything and I do park in a car park frequently so someone has bumped my car

    The process was

4.5" pad LC Orange with ssr2.5

4.5" pad LC White with Machine Glaze #3

    Here are the befores

    After

Now for the chip, I wetsanded the area with 2000 unigrit finishing paper

The paint was supplied by paints4u

    Same process as above

    Before

    After

Pretty pleased, the chip a slightly different colour but metallics are a pig to match and this is a pearlescent paint too so even more tricky.

I have started to wet sand my spoiler so results on that soon!

Wow, good job. I`m going to do some chips this summer as well. I have some touch up paint for the blazer, so I`ll do the hood. Its pretty sick looking already.

Dont get me wrong guys the scratches for the most part are gone but the ones that are deeper do need touched up, im happy to leave it as it is, if it were metal then I would be touching the area up.

The red should come up nice Steve as its not a too difficult a colour to match.

I would love to fill, wetsand, and buff all the chips on the front end of my car, but NO WAY im gonna try to attempt that. I could see it taking hours to properly fill and sand 50 plus rock chips. I wish I could get touchup paint that actually matches my car. I got some from Acura service and the color is too light! Arg, I will have to live with them. Good save on your end though.

01bluecls try searching google with your car model and manufacturer i.e.

    Honda Integra touch up paint

This type of search flagged up a U.K. based site for me as I cannot get hold of my colour from the dealers.

Silver Lexus I have never been to Alpharetta but I could fly over lol!

Where did you get your Meguiar`s banner? I must have one! My garage is where I hang all of my beer paraphanelia, but I wouldn`t mind something to show how OCD I am too.
