I got a call from a good friend that need a favor. WOW! Was it a big favor. This guy got a paint job but not from "our" friend. Our "friend" is been in "Hot Rod", "Super Chevy" and other magazines. Well, he payed for it! Scratches from poor buffing and sanding job. Where talking about hours of work and big screaming fights. Well here`s the finished results and some pics of problems. The finished pics where taken before the show where he won Best Car in Show, People`s Choice and Best Paint out of 5,000 cars in Ohio. Have a show Sunday (morning) and feel confident. Fixed some little orange peel and spent more time on cleaning engine.

Problems caused by painter and inexperience detailer!

I want to thank Dave and many others on this great forum for giving me a place to learn and grow as a detailer.

He one yesterday 1st place Best Car. He thanked me and my company (i`m the company) for the detailing. 6000 + cars where there. I detailed the car for nothing just because I "knew" the clientel it would bring in. This morning I had 5 messages by 8:30.

That is sooo SWEET!!!! Good job on taking on the challenge and killing it :up That is rather impressive. By the way... Audi Love :grinno: New Black/Black A3 here, will be going at it soon!

Threw up a few photos, go check it out. The A3 is getting the 3.2T and Quattro at the end of the year... :woot2: I would not be able to pay as much as they will want for one of thoes, so I got this one. So far I LOVE IT!
