I just got done with it today. I started with a sheet of lexan and bent it in to the shape that I needed. Next I went to a local vinyl shop make the lettering. I made the side “supports†out a aluminum.

The old one I made was almost the same design as this one but had black vinyl under the letters, Even though this made it easier to readâ€. I was at a few shows and had points taken off because the black was “covering†parts of the car. This time I went with clear. On the windy days I have a red brick that has carpet on the bottom to sit on the bottom of the sign to keep it from blowing away..

I have a show next Saturday, well see how it works...

THX Lynn, You could go to about any glass shop and they can "Bend" You up any size/shape you need. Just took a few hours at home to do mine.

    Quite nice!

Only Bill would carpet a brick!

    What kind of sealant/protection?

RCG...that looks incredible and it so much better than some of the other signs you see for cars at shows. Totally professional looking.

Looks like you are all set for the show season.....:up

Looks great, but I will have to detract some points for the letters blocking the view of that lawn!

Now about the lawn, do some searches for posts that I have made a few about the lawn with more pics.

Now about the sign, just make the letters smaller and you could fit a ton of mods on it. it is 24in wide and about 26in high. Let me know if you have any questions...
