    Is PDR recommended for this?

Hello everyone! This is my first post on the forums. I have been looking far and wide on Google and I stumbled upon this forum.

So I am currently in a dilemma, I am not sure on exactly how to go about this dent that is on my A-Pillar (see image). I was thinking about finding a PDR specialist for it, but then I also wanted to know if there are any other methods that are available today to repair a dent such as that. I am really looking to just save on cost.

I have already been quoted 170-200 dollars from various shops for a PDR. But I am very interested in a DIY method..

Let me know what you guys think!
    Thanks in advance.

Honestly due to the location, It might be pretty difficult to get out even with a PDR Pro.

I`m in to hear others thoughts as I am No PDR specialist myself

My wifes Elantra got the hell beat out of it during a hail storm last year and had several dents in the pillars. My PDR guy was able to get the whole car 100%, A Pillars included. I`m not sure if he went in from the inside, or glue pulled them, but they are gone nonetheless. Don`t even attempt it yourself because you`ll most likely just create more problems for the PDR guy.

It is pretty close to the edge but I`ve seen some pretty amazing work by some PDR guys and I`m sure they can do it.

I actually tried using a hair dryer to heat it up and a can of compressed air... Didn`t work. The ding is probably just too small.

Seems to work on TV lol.

Well I already bought it yesterday, I am going to try it when I get back home today. If it doesn`t work, I am sure I can return it.
