    Batteries? AAP or Sears

Well the battery in my 2001 TL is dead, the car has not be driven in a week. In May 2007 I got the Die Hard Platinum installed. If Sears rules the battery is a goner should I go with the Die Hard Gold or Advance Auto Gold?

Sears will give me $34 towards the new battery, but with coupons I would save another $20 at AAP.

Is there a difference, when the specs look identical or am I just splitting hairs here.

I personally would go with the best deal if the specs and warranty on the batteries is the same.

    Agreed.

Also consider the warranties and how they will prorate a replacement if one is needed within that time frame.
