Anyone try any of the Griot`s Garage MF towels? They have different towels for polish and wax. I was thinking of trying the polish towels.

I have 3 of the yellow ones:up, I like them, But they are the first MF`s that I have had..... I will be trying <strong class=`bbc`>MANY[/b] different kinds of MF`s this summer. Then I will be able to judge them against the others.......

yellow ones from 3M which are ok and YoSteves which are EXCELLENT!! MUCH MUCH better than 3M In fact I just ordered 5 more...Hey Steve.. check your mail!! :p
Griot`s microfiber towels are good quality. However, I`d still prefer Neatitems and Miracle (Magic Towels.)
I have 3 of the Griots White MF towels. I recently purchased some of the mint green Neatitems towels and I feel they are much better. Alot softer and plusher IMO.

Anyone tried these? what has been your opinion of them and are they durable
I use them and I love them for severe defect removal. They will cut down your work time drasticly. I can`t tell you how durable they are yet though. From what I have heard, they will not last as long as a foam pad.

Excellent cutting pad for hard clearcoats. They do not require hard pressure like foam pads. In fact, less pressure works better. They will cut your time on hard clearcoats in half or more.
Durability... no. I`ve had some foam pads for over 5 years. The Surbufs are good for a few polishings, then they start to fall apart.
It`s worth the expense, to me, to cut my working time and effort, even if I can only use them 2 or 3 times.

You`ve been given one life.
Think about it.
Chris Dasher(PorscheGuy997) & Kevin Brown(Name says it all) have both done alot of indepth research on these pads. Maybe they will chime in or do a copy/paste Da Rules!
I can get 4 cars out of one pad. You need to keep them clean by brushing them and blowing with compressed air. I do this after approx 3 2x2 sections.
