So so true, but I myself will probably never buy a dodge either way. I have enough friends with chargers, rams 1500/2500 etc etc, that are constantly having problems. Granted they are beating on them a bit harder than most but I think one of them is always in the shop or being torn apart to fix something.

I am a bit biased since I bleed a little blue I guess.

    Man, I loved those Impala`s...

Fun to read this thread. I guess it`s good to know you`re not the only one who`s made a mistake.

I impulsively brought home a brand spanky new, red `92 `Vette from the Chevy store one day... never had any regrets about the car, the car was great. I loved that car! My wife on the other hand, took a different outlook. I knew I screwed up with that one. Oh well, kept the car, ditched the wife and all`s well that ends well.:partaaay:

I bought a Volkswagon Rabbit, diesel motor, while I was college... that was dumb. The minibike I had as a kid had more power than that thing.
Taking it up 395 from LA, back home to Reno, NV... I made it to the north end of Bishop, CA and seriously began to wonder if it would make it up the mountain to get me home. The trip took 3 hours longer than it usually did. I couldn`t sell that car fast enough!

The only other "problem" car I`ve had was a truck and actually it was a great truck but it had bad luck. Brand new Toyota. Bought it down in Carson City and on the initial drive back home to Reno (about 40 miles)... I hit a deer. After Bambi took the big jump out of a culvert on the side of the road, and into the side of my truck, I stopped and went looking for the poor thing to see if it was alright. The deer ran off and my truck, with 15 miles on it was headed back to the dealer and the shop. That was a bummer.:cursing:
I guess it wasn`t so bad: It could`ve gone thru the windshield if it jumped a half second sooner... then I wouldn`t be typing this.

I still see a few of those around the local car shows occaisionally. I can`t even imagine how much money they must have had put into them to still be running 50 years later! :money::money::money: (But the larger question is WHY?)ut:
