I need new tires and figured to get some new wheels too. I just can`t decide, let me know what you think.

Picture #1 for sure.
I`m the only one that voted, so 100% #1. Now you must get them. /Thread

what do you have on there now because both look horrible
How about these Hartmann HS5 - 209 wheels
btw: with the photos you have, my vote goes to the second.
WOW TELL THE GUY HOW YA REALLY FEEL...
Wheels are a difficult decision to make and surely make a statement. I dunno if others input is the key to what you are gonna be happy with? After all you are the guy paying the bill and driving the vehicle. I do not like moped up looking wheels on most cars. The vehicle condition will surely attract most peoples eyes, and yes the wheels do make the total package. The car looks great sometimes quiet is better than loud, its all what you like bud...
#2 has my vote also...
I agree I never ask on a forum what color car I should buy or what wheels, I buy what I like and if others don`t like it well don`t look.
I see people asking about what brand car to buy. Not on here but other forums.
I buy what I like NOT what others like.
If someone tells me they don`t like my car I reply don`t worry about it I won`t ask you to help pay for it.
I would say number 1, not because I like it better than number 2 or any other wheel choice I could make, but because it is an "open" design which means it should be much easier to clean and seal saving me mucho time.

Thanks for the input.
Your right, you guys wont sway me either way I just wanted to get some opions.
Those wheels in the pictures could be 19`s so the tires profile is much lower then what I would be running.
NJcarting what do you mean by "moped up" ?

No offense intended here but if you ask for an honest response neither of those turn my crank. In fact I don`t know if my taste is even application specific in this case. I just don`t fancy either set.

No offense taken. I wouldn`t have asked if I was worried about negative response.Originally Posted by GearHead_1

If it were my car, I`d probably go with #1. Mainly because I think they are a lot less common, and by design, likely stronger. You see #2 on quite a few Audi`s runnin around out there. Any idea which ones are lighter?
It`s a habit...and I`m OK with that...
There about the same weight, both are made by VMR.
#2 come are RS4 reps
