Ford Focus leaking clear liquid

I know this is not a mechanics forum but probably someone has experienced this:
Today when I came home and got out of the car I saw a few drops of a clear liquid (water?) coming from under the front passenger side . When I got under the car I observed the liquid dropping from the lower tip of the accumulator. The sides of the accumulator were glistening wet. The liquid stopped dropping after about 8 drops and the accumulator is dry now. At this point I don`t know if the liquid came from the accumulator or from above it.
Could it be condensation from the a/c? It`s just I have never observed it before. The coolant level is fine, bythe way and the car does not seem to overheat (yet).

Sure is, it normal when the humidity is high.

It`s most likely coming from the A/C. If you`re still having doubts, drive your car without the A/C for about 10-15 minutes and see if it happens again.

Well, wouldn`t you know it - I tooka drive w/o the A/C on and I came back dry. No drips.

Earlier models had problems with rain water making past the drip box under the cowl...and into the passenger side floor, where the blower is

A/C = dripping of water
No A/C = no dripping of water

I thought all cars did this with the AC on...all the cars that I have driven have...maybe you didn`t notice it before

All that condensation has to go somewhere.

Yes but our climate here is not usually humid enough for condensation.

Should have been up here a couple of weeks ago, there was enough humidity to form a small pond underneath mine.

My wife`s family is from New Orleans - visited there in summer - I can`t imagine to live anywhere with such humidity
