Yes but our climate here is not usually humid enough for condensation.
eventhough its not "humid enough" it will still drip condensation coming from the A/C lines for the fact that those lines are trying to freeze but because its not cold enough or the sensor that most automobiles have will prevent it from freezing.so just think of it as an ice cube melting away. in the winter if you turn your A/C on those lines in your engine compartment will build up frost.
