Ah, that *is* good, assuming they do the Install OK (I`m awfully particular about who touches my wheels, and how).
I ordered a new set of Michelins for the Tahoe on Thurs. right before the rebate at the TireRack ran out. Oh man..the last time I prepped/coated those particular wheels it took a long, long time....not looking forward to that at ALL
ALMOST ordered a set for the Crown Vic, but they`ve changed that particular tire in a way I don`t like..made it too, uhm...practical for normal folks.
I did buy some new tires and just submitted my $70 rebate. Michelins are not cheap.

FWIW, I used to work for Michelin in marketing, and they run the $70 rebate just about 3/4 of the year. The 1¢ install at Costco is a nice touch, though. Excellent tires, just make sure that the new tires you get are a fresh date code. Lots of tire shops will sell stuff that has been sitting on the shelf for a long time without telling you how old they are.

I`ve found when Costco offers the $70 discount, most other places are offering the rebate gift card. Last year I scored a set of PSS`s for my GTI at Tire Rack and got the gift card AND sale price on the tires. A serious score Costco couldn`t touch. I did use the Costco deal for my wife`s SUV tires a year earlier.
This time around I spent *forever* getting the UPC labels off the new Michelins. Yeah, I was using my best Adhesive Remover (the others didn`t do anything). Grumble....if they`d just put a little more into placing them in the right location..
I had a bad time with Costco when the Wife`s Michelins fell well short of the warranty. Costco told me the tires were not rotated ( I rotate every 5-6k miles ) and all the tires had the same wear. Costco said they need proof they were rotated so I printed out my maint. log which they quickly turned down and told me it needed to be done by a qualified tire center ( Guess I do not qualify for righty tighty lefty loosey ). I went to Discount Tire and they warrantied all 4 tires. Costco is not a place I would recommend for tires but their apple pies are great.

While they might not perform very well for the wear warranty when it comes to DIY`ers, I have found they are very good with the road hazzard replacements. They`ve replaced at least a couple tires over the years for me no drama at all.
Update: Michelins installed, quick and easy.
HOLY$@#%#$!!#@##%@#%#@#%$#$W%&$ these tires are bleeping insane! I had 3 sets of PS3`s, PSS, A/S3, Premiers. These BLOW them all away in almost ever aspect, obvious premiers and A/S3`s are better in the snow and the ps3 rides smoother but overall this tire is nuts. The wet performance is unreal, it`s scary and dry excellent, far more forgiving than the PSS. My car actually oversteers for the first time haha.
So they are a game changer then? Thanks for the feedback and reply !

The Driver- Glad you like them!
Aw gee, not available in the size I need...
Just wait, from what Tire Rack told me, they are very slowly expanding the available sizes. I had the same issue last summer with my GTI. From what I was told, when the PSS came to market they killed the predecessor and only slowly brought out the PSS which led to lots of people leaving for other brands. This time around the PSS is still available while they ramp up the sizes for the P4S.
OP: Glad to hear you like them, but surprised to hear they are so much better than the PSS. On my vehicle the PSS provides astonishing levels of performance, I`m not sure even more would could be safely explored on public roads. Hmmm....time to either do more track days or start autocrossing!
