    Headliner Help!!!!

I have an older Ford Bronco that has one of those removal tops in the back....Anyway the head liner has come off over the drivers and passenger area completely......Has anyone ever taken a headliner out and replaced it? or have any suggestions about what can be done....To start I am going to take all the old material out which will leave the foam backing exposed, after that short of a new headliner I have no idea what to tell this woman?

    Thanks

I had a new headliner put in at my local trim shop. Id did not cost much at all. I had a vinyl headliner and they just put in a cloth one.

    Re: Headliner Help!!!!

I replaced a cloth one in a Saab a few years back and it was pretty easy. Hardest part was getting the old one out without breaking the cardboard backing. Scraped the old foam backing off the cardboard and attached the new one with spray adhesive designed for that purpose. worked fine for me.

I tried several different ways to re-attach the old one brfore I just gave up and replaced it. None of my repairs lasted very long because the cloth was seperating from the foam.
