"I did some searching around on the output problem you mention. I just found out that the Delphi SkyFi2 has the ability to adjust the ouput for situations just as you mention. You can adjust the output through the software on the unit so this shouldn`t be a problem for me" - rjstaaf

The XM Commander has the same ability to adjust output, but even at the lowest setting it was still far too high with the PIE plug. Hope you have better luck with the SkyFi

I have XM in the shop - can`t live without it!

I have a car adaptor for my 92 Miata.

    1. The antenna is mounted *in* the driver`s headrest, under the leather. it works quite well with and without the soft and hard tops.

    2. I use an FM tranciever. My Ipod can just plug right in!

    Kinda cool!

You`re really going to enjoy Sat radio, I don`t know why it took me so long to get it

I`ve also got a PIE unit in my car (and an AUX3 so I can have Sat, ipod and bluetooth all hooked up to the AUX) and you will notice a difference compared to a FM hookup.

    Enjoy
