Is there a place for one>? You may look at a junk yard and see if you can find one that fits, then drill a hole in the carpet and floor board and screw it down(please look before you drill)

There is none at all. There is a bump in the carpet but not a pedal. And i rather get a puddle dirty then have to clean the carpet. And I am sure no junk yards have on that modle cause it is a bottom of the line car.

Normally on a bottom of the range car, all the holes etc will be there so all you need to do is find a similar car from the breakers and it should just fit with no problem, or go and buy a new one from the dealer.
