    nice. lemme ask you this. the placement of the tweeter in the door, how does it affect the sound stage placing it "behind" the woofer?

    Its not too badly off, due to the fact that:



    A- They are aimed straight accross at eachother, not up at the ears

    B- They are still SLIGHTLY higher than the woofer

    C- The tweeter signal is underpowered to help reduce the brightness of it

    Nice trunk, did you deaden the doors? If not, you definitely should man, it will make a huge difference in response and in road noise.

    clean install. carpet match of amp rack probably could`ve been better. Mustang`s really should be hatchbacks...that`s too bad.

    I didnt deaden the doors because the customer couldnt afford it, I did however do a courtesy wave panel behind the speakers in the door to rey to help, and i eneded up deadening the rear deck because the vibrations were too much for me to just let go, but the doors are actually solid, He still owes me about $700, so when thats paid up, well start talking about next steps

    This customer wanted alot, then when it came time to pay, he really couldnt, he was paying as i was building, and with the amount of money i had before he stopped paying, I agreed to carpet it with stuff i had in stock

    i thought interior neon died with the backstreet boys and N sync in the early 2000`s? no? and why do people want such heavy rear amp rack/sub box installs in a mustang. (or any car really).
