Need help with 1985 Porsche 911 seats

Anyone know anyone in the NY area that does good reupholstery work for a 1985 targa porsche 911?



I`m also looking for somewhere to potentially just buy new seats, but having trouble finding it--to be honest not quite sure what seats will fit

No, totally separate vendors. I`m an Insurance Adjuster and I have a buch of great sources (Car-Part.com) to look for parts. I also use to have an early 911 and have a little expertise there too.

Also try Rennlist forums. Lots of help there and you may find seats for sale too. I`ve heard Robb Bud does outstanding work with Porsche Leather. He is on Rennlist.



I re-upholstered some Porsche Recaro Sport Seats recently with good luck. Black Leather upholstery came from an ebay vendor. It was a long tedious task but they came out great.
