I have just bought a complete leather interior for my coupe from a similar coupe at the local scrap yard. Considering the interior trim is close to 13 years old it is in remarkable condition - particularly the rear seats which have hardly been used.

The problem is the front seats. They are a bit slippery and glossy through use compared to the rear seats. I`m guessing this a through a lack of care by previous owner(s).

What cleaner and conditioners are best for me to use to restore the leather to a nice matt finish? This article mentions Sonus and Autogylm... what is the general concensus on these, which is best? Are there any others I should consider?

    Hi,

I recently found a company that came highly recommended but as I am at work at the moment I can`t remember the name!

I will post later with the name or send an e-mail directly to you with it.

I, personally, like Zaino Leather Cleaner and Zaino Leather in a Bottle Conditioner.

If you are looking for a good OTC product that is available locally, try Meguiar`s Gold Class Rich Leather Cleaner & Conditioner. Easy to apply, cleans and conditions, smells very nice, and has a good satin finish, not shiney.

So many products to choose from

I may just stick with Autoglym since its easy enough to get. Some of the other suggestions sounds good from what I`ve read but they seem to be hard to find or v. expensive here in the UK
